We should be delighted to act as rental agents for your property here in Spain.  If you would like further information and/or the opportunity to discuss your property with us, please complete the form below and send.  Alternatively, if you prefer, please telephone or e-mail us with your expression of interest.

We feel it is beneficial to all parties that we are familiar with the property and therefore we should like to meet with you in your Spanish property to discuss details such as prices and the services we provide.  If you wished to proceed we would also take photographs, check through the inventory and take possession of the keys.

We would encourage the customer to visit our website to book their holiday online, but this could also be done by telephone or e-mail.  

We would inspect your property at the end of each rental period and ensure that all is well.

We would recommend that you use our full cleaning and laundry service at the end of each rental.  This is charged as extra (see  charges as set out  in Property Management).  Details and prices can be discussed with you.

NB  Our service is completely confidential.  Your information is NOT passed to any third party and we do NOT discuss your personal or property details - other than those provided by you for the promotion of your property on our website - without your prior knowledge and consent.

Pink Property Management cannot guarantee to let your property but undertake to do everything we can to promote it.
