~ Terms and Conditions ~

For Owners wishing to rent out their property.

We offer our Owners a high standard of care and attention to detail.  Please take time to look through our Terms and Conditions for Property Owners:-

1.     Pink Property Management require three sets of keys and car park/electronic gate keys as required.  This is allow for access for cleaning of  the property between rentals etc.  The other set of keys is for the customer and a spare set for emergencies.

2.     We require a full, accurate inventory of your property.

3.     Pink Property Management will photograph your property and take all details you may feel are relevant for the promotion of your property.  Any details that are subsequently published on the website must be accurate and an honest representation of the property, and will not appear without the owners' approval.

4.     We require a deposit of 150€.  This sum will be held and used only in the event of an emergency repair/replacement as stated below.

5.     Our fee is 15% of the total rental fee for any rentals of your property handled by us.  This sum will be deducted from the total rental fee due to you.

6.     We will pay the rent due to you by electronic transfer into your Spanish account at a time to be agreed between yourselves and Pink Property Management.

7.     We would advise the owners to ensure they have adequate building, contents and public liability insurance to provide sufficient cover for loss, damage, theft etc.  You let your property at your own risk.

8.     Pink Property Management require the owners to provide adequate smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket in the property.  Please ensure that thorough safety checks are carried out - prior to renting and on a regular basis thereafter - on all appliances provided within the property for the use of the customer. 

 9.     All appliances provided in the property must be in full working order.  In the event of a breakdown/failure of an appliance, Pink Property Management will arrange for a repair or replacement - whichever is the most cost effective option - as soon as possible.  Any costs incurred in respect of the work undertaken or replacement provided will be taken from the 150€ deposit and you, the owner, will be notified by e-mail.  Should the cost exceed 150€, we will inform you by e-mail.  Any monies owing must be paid by electronic transfer within 24 hours of notification.

10.     At our meeting with you, we can discuss and confirm the total number of people who may comfortably sleep in your property.  It will be necessary for you, the owner, to provide sufficient cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc together with T-towels, bathroom towels and three sets of bedding for each bed. 

11.     Visitors are aware that they use the swimming pools at their own risk and that all children should be supervised by an adult at all times (as set out in Terms and Conditions for Holiday Rentals).

12.     In the unlikely event of a dispute between yourself and the customer, Pink Property Management will help - wherever possible - by offering arbitration and advice to both parties but cannot influence the outcome of the dispute.  We would advise the involvement of a neutral third party.

Having read this document, the owner understands and accepts the Terms and Conditions as stated.
