Annual Management Package - 300€ to include:

• Keyholding
• Regular (monthly) property inspections - internal and external
• vermin checks
• utility checks
• inventory checks between rentals
• marketing of your property for rental on Pink Property Rentals website. Inclusion on other websites would be charged according to time spent and the charges made by the individual site.
  

We should also be happy to discuss a tailor-made management package to suit your own individual needs.

Security Bond - 150€

The money to be used in the event of an emergency - ie to enable us to carry out any necessary repairs, or for the replacement of equipment

Keyholders - 50€

One full set of keys is required. However, if you chose to let your property then we would require three sets of house keys and electronic gate/car park keys if required.

Supervised Access - 10€/hr

Welcome Packs - These are provided to order, eg:-

• bottled water
• wine (red/white)
• beer
• bread
• butter
• milk
• fruit juice
• biscuits
• requirements to be specified at time of booking
  

Between-Rental Clean - 40€ (1, 2, 3 bed apartments) larger properties to be charged accordingly.

Between-Rental Laundry - 35€ - (for up to 4 people), larger groups to be charged accordingly, to include:-

• sheets/duvet covers
• pillowcases
• towels
• T-towels
  

Property Maintenance - 15.00€ per hour (plus materials)

• decorating - interior and exterior painting (not wallpapering)
• general property maintenance 
• gardening services - construction/maintenance
• construction of patios, paths and pergolas etc. 
• pool construction/maintenance
• minor building works
• locksmiths
• TV systems
• Security Grilles
• Alarms
• Fitting of shower screens/shower cubiclesInstallation of light fittings
• ........and almost anything else you can think of!
  

Rentals - 15% of total rental fee for your property
